Job Title: Occupational Therapist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to improve clients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other team members
- Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide education and training to clients and their families
- Stay updated on current OT practices and participate in professional development activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Compassion and dedication to improving the lives of clients

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kochi, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
