**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of the logistics company's fleet and facilities. This role ensures that all vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance Management**: Plan, schedule, and supervise regular maintenance and repairs of the logistics fleet (trucks, trailers, forklifts, etc.). Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and company policies.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment and vehicles. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and inspections.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance of the company’s facilities, including warehouses, loading docks, and offices. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance as needed.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and DOT requirements. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of vehicles and facilities. Implement corrective actions for any identified safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks. Manage the procurement of maintenance supplies and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and provide guidance to the maintenance team, including technicians and mechanics Conduct training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest maintenance practices and safety procedures.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage the maintenance department’s budget. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and safety.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and fleet performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records for all vehicles and equipment.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and coordinate quick repairs to minimize operational disruption. Implement contingency plans for critical equipment failures.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
