**Position Overview**:
As an Interior Designer at NDA Projects LLP, you will play a vital role in creating unique and functional spaces that align with our clients' visions. You will be involved in various stages of design, from conceptualization and space planning to material selection and project execution. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will contribute to the successful delivery of projects that exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
**For Freshers**:

- Collaborate with senior designers and project teams to develop design concepts for various projects.
- Assist in creating mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas.
- Participate in space planning and layout development under the guidance of experienced designers.
- Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept.
- Support in the preparation of design presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

**For Experienced**:

- Lead the design process for assigned projects, from concept development to project completion.
- Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with clients' requirements and project goals.
- Create detailed 3D renderings, sketches, and technical drawings to effectively communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to gather requirements and present design proposals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, assisting in their professional development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- For Freshers: Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. Relevant internships or projects would be a plus.
- For Experienced: Degree in Interior Design or related field with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
