You lead a team of field sales representatives/managers to ensure execution of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Manage, develop and motivate the team and work closely with the sales capability team to ensure delivery of training to the team.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.
- Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance to provide the optimum return across your region.
- Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE / FUNCTIONAL CONTEXT**:

You will contribute to this by managing the MT & Ecom sales team, sales processes and route to market for your region, identifying and driving strategic market priorities, driving the organization’s in-store execution agendas, leading the merchandiser team and developing functional capability in your team which will deliver the goals set for the region.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing the sales & distribution for the region
- Ensure Mondelez is visible and well represented in customer outlets
- Managing relationships with regional teams of key customers
- Alignment to Mondelez systems and processes
- Identifying & Driving strategic market priorities and developmental projects in the region
- Managing teams, maintain motivation and contribute to building people capability
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Influencing thought leadership

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**- Should ideally have geographical knowledge about the Region
- Should ideally have worked in geographies in the capacity of SE/ASM- Should have worked within the Modern trade channel either on the vendor or the retailer end
- E-com exposure preferred but not mandatory
- Should have 7-9 Years of sales experience
- Should be willing to travel out of HQ Town for at least 6-8 days in a month to other business hubs
