We're currently seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team and help us tell compelling visual stories.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive graphic design training curriculum, including course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on graphic design principles, software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and industry best practices.
- **Skill Assessment**: Assess the skill levels and learning needs of students to tailor training programs accordingly.
- **Individual and Group Coaching**: Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students, both one-on-one and in group settings, to help them improve their design skills and techniques.
- **Project Management**: Oversee student projects and assignments, providing guidance and support throughout the creative process.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other trainers, designers, and industry professionals to enhance the quality and relevance of the training programs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and enhance training materials, methods, and delivery techniques to ensure the effectiveness of the programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire students.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their design careers.
- Ability to adapt to the learning styles and needs of individual students.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools for virtual training delivery is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
