**Job Description: Quality PDI Specialist**

**Position**: Quality PDI Specialist
**Location**: Ludhiana
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
**Experience**: 3-4 years in the automobile industry (mandatory)

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of inspections and reports to support quality audits.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to uphold manufacturing standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality protocols and industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the quality inspection process.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- In-depth knowledge of PDI processes and quality assurance in the automobile industry.
- Proficiency in quality tools, techniques, and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify areas of improvement.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-department collaboration.
