The corporate Bank Central team comprises of the Business management, Divisional control office, KYC, Mercury & other central functions. The scope of the Business Management activities will typically be diverse and may include strategic business planning, financial control and reporting tasks, control function liaison, headcount management and compensation matters, IT and Ops service management and enhancement, co-ordination of business case approval and project sponsorship.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Voice recording control including review of CB Germany Voice Recording population; development and administration of Voice Recording repository, obtain compliance approvals, liaise with CISO teams etc.
- Support the MTA representative - prepare General rule matrix, liaise with AFC, update of status on MTA tool, liaise for resolution of breaches.
- Review, monitor & escalate cases of overdue mandatory trainings, interact with Regulatory Training as well as respective employees and supervisors.
- Support of development and maintenance of training repository in order to comply with newly published Employee Licensing Policy.
- Manage the Cross Border regulatory requirements including Pre-Travel attestations, Post travel declarations, maintenance of the mailbox, updating the cross border KOD.
- Support and review of yearly AnsFuG recertification and ad hoc BaFin requests.
- Liaise with internal business partners like compliance, AFC, DCO to help manage the controls efficiently.
- Support ad hoc inquiries as well as help with management decision papers.

**Your Skills & experience**:

- Experience in a business management/control discipline (e.g. Compliance, Non-Financial Risk, Control, Finance, Audit, etc.), with compliance and regulatory exposure.
- Significant attention to detail and high degree of initiative
- Excellent skills in using MS Office in specific Power Point and Excel
- Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines
- Excellent communication & Coordination skills
- German Language expertise preferred
