Relevant Experience (yrs) ( Blister / Cartoning)
- Manufacturing and Engineering Co experience required

**Fixed Compensation (Rs p.a)-** Rs 25000 plus depending on the experience of the candiate

**Age Group (Range in yrs)-** 23-30

**Mandatory Skills-**

**1 Strong Fundamentals of Accounting & Taxation Concepts**

**2 Hands on experience in SAP B1, tally, Any ERP**

**4 Hands on experience in MS office especially excel spreadsheets with advance formulas**

**Desired Skills-**

**Competent to work in Accounts & Finance**

**Should be able to update accounting records on daily basis**

**Follow-up & Chaser for settlement of Purchase bills & Advances**

**collating, formulating and analysis of data and be able to make reports**

**Role & Responsibilities:

- **

**1 Booking of Purchase Bills for all GRN prepared for the month, reconciliation of GRN prepared with booking in Accounts**

**2 Booking of Assets and depreciation working**

**3 Booking of all expenses and deduction of taxes with all statutory compliances and in line with contracts**

**4 Issuing of Debit Note for Rejection of Materials and recovery from vendors**

**5 Booking of Foreign Bank Charges & Local Bank charges**

**6 Bank reco and reporting of bank charges, interest, online receipts, any other debits & credits not supported by voucher**

**7 Out going payment voucher related to purchases to be send to Purchase department**

**9 Follow up with Purchases for advances given to vendors and adjustment of advances**

**10 Reco of Out going payment voucher for purchases and expenses with online transfer or cheques to be confirmed**

**11 Confirmation and checking of valuation of materials at stores on month end, half yearly nad yearly**

**12 Accounting voucher entries and General Ledger scrutiny**

**13 Credit balances in personal accounts and General ledger, follow up of advances**

**14 To complete any task related to Accounts & Finance as and when demanded by HOD**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
