Salary : Subject to experience

Minimum Experience : 2 years +

**Job Overview**

Lead Generation, Client Relation, Proposal and Order Execution in designated territory.

**LEAD GENERATION /OPERATIONS/REPORTING/COMPLIANCE**
- Analyze the global market trends for Stainless Steel products take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend towards target customer areas.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them
- Generate lead and export sales in particular region designated.
- Negotiate with international buyer and convince & persuade them to execute sales
- Prepare quotation and C& F pricing for overseas buyers
- Update company details in target countries local portals, exhibitions.
- Expedites export arrangements and maintains current information on export tariffs, licenses and restrictions.
- Evaluating and selecting freight forwarders
- Coordinate with export order processing team for shipments from origin until final destination
- Execute complete export/import cycle.
- To provide weekly sales and marketing reports.
- Raising efficiency through the team in functions of customer acquisition, product sale, compliance, logistics etc.

**Technical Skills Required**
- MS Office including Excel and Outlook, Internet Research and Online Marketing Tools.
- Perfect standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in the field of Sales

**Additional Skills Required**
- Leadership and Team Management skills, Task Ownership
- Experience in interpreting data and driving value adding insights.
- Organized and determined persistent person.
- Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
- Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
