**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive Office Coordinator with a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth operations and provide essential support to our dynamic team. This role encompasses managing administrative tasks, warmly welcoming visitors, organizing supplies, and contributing to the success of company events.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept at prioritization
- Confident, personable, skilled in discussions with CFOs and individuals in higher management.
- Familiarity with office management procedures

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining efficient file and record management systems
- Monitoring office expenditures and managing office contacts
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism
- Scheduling agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for senior executives and clients as required
- Assisting in building and maintaining positive client relationships and contributing to business development.

**Education & Experience**:

- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree

**Salary**: Monthly salary up to 30K, based on experience and skill set

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
