Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations on the floor.
- Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure a safe and productive working environment for all staff.
- Supervise and guide employees in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts among the team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize overall organizational efficiency.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the floor.

**Skills required **
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Good in communication
- Knowledge in computer

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
