U-Solar Clean Energy is a solar developer in India, headquartered in Bengaluru, that provides complete solar power solutions for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential clients. Solar power is clean, cheap and reliable which makes it attractive for not only economic reasons but also for its environmental benefits by reducing our dependence on grid power (sourced from coal and natural gas) or generators (sourced from diesel). The company provides end to end solutions from design and engineering, project management as well as post sales services for solar projects. With over 12 years of experience, we have installed solar power plants through pay and own (CAPEX) and pay as you go (OPEX) models for our clients across India. **About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Drawings of roof top and ground mount ongrid, off grid and hybrid solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of locations for solar installations.
- Preparing drawings, sketch up for shadow analysis for solar power plant layouts.
- Preparation of all drawings such as Plant PV Layout, SLD, Earthing Layout, String Layout, DC and AC cable routing, LA and MCS Layout.
- Closing all engineering drawings as per master drawings list.
- Able to do cable schedules for all power, control and communication cables.
- Ability to handle LT panels, HT panels, and transformers will be an added advantage.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel during construction
- The ability to work independently while being responsible for obtaining approval for designs by coordinating with project managers, and manage multiple projects responsibly.

**Software Tools**:

- **Must Have**: - Autocad, Sketchup, MS office etc.
- **Added Advantage**: - Pvsyst

**Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering - Any specialization
- 1-2 years of experience in designing solar power plants.

**Required Skill-Set**:

- Ability to understand and work on the solar systems (On-grid, off-grid and hybrid systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
