**Responsibilities**:
**Mechanical Skills**:

- Knowledge of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
- Understanding of building codes and regulations related to mechanical systems.

**Electrical Skills**:

- Proficiency in electrical systems installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in buildings.

**Plumbing Skills**:

- Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing codes.
- Ability to diagnose and fix plumbing problems.
