**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit video footage to craft compelling stories that resonate with our target audience.
- Enhance video and audio quality using various techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Ensure all content meets technical specifications and quality standards.
- Efficiently manage and organize media assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques, including AI tools, to enhance content quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any audio-visual editing issues.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience as an AV Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and/or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of audio editing and sound design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of color grading and correction.
- Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, and technical specifications.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with visual effects and some exposure to 3D animation (not compulsory).
- Familiarity with different types of microphones, cameras, and lighting setups.
