Job Description: 3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling: Create detailed and accurate 3D models of objects, characters, environments, or architectural structures using specialized software tools. Ensure models meet the required specifications and adhere to project guidelines.

Animation: Develop captivating and lifelike animations by rigging 3D models and creating keyframe animations or utilizing motion capture techniques. Bring characters and objects to life with fluid movements, expressions, and interactions.

Lighting and Rendering: Set up lighting schemes and render scenes to create visually appealing and realistic results. Understand the principles of light and shadow, and optimize the rendering process for efficiency and quality.

Visual Effects: Incorporate special effects and visual enhancements to enhance the overall look and feel of 3D models and animations. This may include particle systems, simulations, dynamics, and post-processing effects.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as artists, designers, animators, and developers to ensure project requirements and objectives are met. Communicate effectively to understand and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of 3D assets to ensure they meet project standards and specifications. Identify and resolve any technical or artistic issues that may arise during the development process.

Industry Trends and Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the field of 3D design. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through self-learning and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Computer Graphics, Animation, Fine Arts, or Multimedia Design.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of 3D design principles, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Experience with animation techniques, rigging, and character animation.
- Knowledge of visual effects techniques, particle systems, and dynamics.
- Familiarity with industry-standard rendering engines such as Arnold, V-Ray, or Redshift.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of 3D design skills and creative projects.
