- Service stock maintenance.
- Raising PRF request and closing the same.
- Service order follow up and amendments as per commercial requirements.
- Service receivables follow up with service team.
- Service commision follow ups.
- FRN and FSR book record maintaining.
- Service stock confirmation on monthly basis.
- CRM support to Engineers.
- Maintaining office related documents like commission claim invoice, New joinees, resigned employees, Form-C & leave records etc.., and all compliance related documents.
