**Roles & Responsibilities : -** Design and implement scalable AI and ML solutions using Feature Store, MLFlow, Jenkins, Airflow, and KubeFlow. - Oversee the development and deployment of Generative AI models to enhance business processes. - Provide technical guidance on Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory to optimize data workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into existing systems. - Ensure the reliability and performance of AI and ML models in production environments. - Develop and maintain documentation for AI and ML projects to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards. - Monitor and troubleshoot AI and ML pipelines to ensure smooth operation. - Implement best practices for MLOps to streamline model deployment and monitoring. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies to drive innovation. - Provide training and support to team members on AI and ML tools and techniques. - Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging AI and ML to create impactful solutions for society. -Qualifications - Possess mandatory technical skills in Feature Store, MLFlow, Jenkins, Airflow, KubeFlow, Generative AI, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Factory. - Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management domain. - Nice to have skills include Azure ML Studio, MLOps, Docker, AI & ML Concepts, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure Machine Learning, and GIT. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Show a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. - Have a strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and their practice
