**Salesman**

As a Salesman, you will be responsible for selling products or services to customers by identifying their needs and demonstrating how your offerings can meet those needs. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the products or services you are selling to effectively communicate with customers and address their concerns.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present products or services to customers in a persuasive manner, highlighting their unique selling points and how they can solve customer problems or fulfill their needs.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, following up on inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
