**Sales Generation**:
- Actively identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the interior design and real estate sectors.
- Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present and promote Ados Interiors' products and services to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their design preferences, project requirements, and budget constraints.
- Provide personalized design recommendations and solutions that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products and services to clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
**Consultative Selling**:
- Employ a consultative approach to sales, actively listening to clients' needs and suggesting appropriate design solutions.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior design proposals that meet clients' specifications and preferences.
**Networking and Industry Engagement**:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and build relationships within the interior design and real estate communities.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of Ados Interiors' product offerings, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our products and services to clients.
**Sales Reporting**:
- Provide regular sales reports to management, detailing sales performance, pipeline status, and upcoming opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their design preferences.
- Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with interior design software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
