**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive French lessons to middle school students, ensuring a student-centred and communicative approach.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, taking into consideration the diverse learning styles and abilities of the students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and encourages student growth and development.
- Utilize various instructional strategies and resources to facilitate language acquisition, including multimedia tools, textbooks, authentic materials, and educational technology.
- Assess and evaluate student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their language skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and align curriculum, as well as participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open lines of communication to address any concerns or provide updates on student progress.
- Stay abreast of current trends and developments in language teaching methodologies and integrate innovative approaches into the classroom.
- Actively participate in school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, school-wide celebrations, and extracurricular activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) with a specialization in French or equivalent. OR Diploma in French with relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the French language, both written and spoken, at an advanced level.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a middle school or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of French grammar, vocabulary, and cultural aspects.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and effectively deliver instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine passion for the French language and culture.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and a willingness to integrate it into instructional practices.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
