Inker Robotics, a start-up registered under Kerala Start Up Mission (KSUM) was established in 2018 from Thrissur, Kerala. Literacy on futuristic technologies like Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Digital Manufacturing etc., is the key to future success. Irrespective of whether a child chooses to become a doctor, an engineer, a scientist, a lawyer, an accountant, a teacher, or an international chef literacy on Futuristic technologies is inevitable. Inker Robotics, a technology oriented startup is doing research and delivery in Robotics and futuristic technology education with an aspiration to create an impact on future generation by supporting them with technology in being creators irrespective of the field they choose to be in.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate the ability to model, deliver, and craft rich student-centred learning experiences around Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and implement strategies for weaving STEM experiences into multi-disciplinary curriculum from grades 1 through 12.
- Develop and implement new Robotics projects.
- Essential to conduct Workshops/Seminars/FDP/Bootcamp at Centre/Other invited venues.
- Learn emerging technologies and keep abreast about the latest advancements in Robotics.
- Help students develop analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Employ strategies, such as ice-breakers activities and introductions, to build trust among participants and a positive learning environment.
- Devise competitions based on ROBOTIC concepts for engaging student community.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and enhance educational materials.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they explore robotics projects and solve real-world challenges.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, inspiring students to pursue careers in STEM fields.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including demonstrations, group activities, and one-on-one instruction, to ensure effective learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics / Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, IT or B.Sc - IT, Electronics, Physics or any other equivalent degree.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM-related field, education, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-year experience of teaching to a variety of groups.
