We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to join our team. The Billing Executive will be responsible for generating invoices, managing billing processes, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for our customers.

1. Generate and issue invoices to customers based on services rendered or products sold.

2. Monitor billing activities, including invoice processing, collections, and payments.

3. Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders, contracts, and sales agreements.

4. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

5. Communicate with customers to address billing inquiries, disputes, and payment reminders.

6. Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and customer accounts.

7. Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to streamline billing processes.

8. Prepare and analyze billing reports to track billing performance and trends.

9. Stay updated on billing regulations, policies, and best practices.

**Shift Timing**:
Monday to Saturday - 6pm to 9pm

Sunday - 11am to 9pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 26 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
