Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist who can oversee all aspects of search engine optimization, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for content optimization and PPC campaigns.
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for search engines and user experience.
- Conduct on-page SEO activities such as meta tag optimization, URL structure optimization, and internal linking to improve website ranking and indexing.
- Execute off-page SEO techniques including link building, guest blogging, and social bookmarking to enhance website authority and domain credibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and search engine crawling/indexing.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, campaign metrics, and ROI to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Expertise in technical SEO, including website audits, crawlability, site speed optimization, and structured data markup.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords) and digital marketing are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
