We are hiring for the position of IQAC Coordinator for our University.

**You will be responsible for:

- **
- Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.
- Organizing inter and intra institutional workshops and seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
- Maintain a copy of the records and file all the activities conducted across all the departments of the Institute.
- Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
- Ensure heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
- Ensure enhancement and coordination among various activities of the institution and institutionalize all good practices.

**Eligibility Criteria-**

Qualification - Masters in any background ( Must )

Experience - Total 7+ Years & must have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Control in Education Sector.

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
