Role Summary:
The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support**:
Manage monthly bill payments and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
Handle guest accommodations and meal arrangements.
Book flight and train tickets as needed.
Assist with event planning and management.
Oversee office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Ensure the smooth functioning of office internet services.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in any field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in administrative or office management roles.
Knowledge of event planning and management.
Experience with travel arrangements and booking.
