**Purpose and Scope of position**:

Job Title: Executive
- Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Manager - WH and distribution Band: Executive

**Summary of Key Responsibilities**:

This person will be responsible for handling Food Distribution, Food costing and agreement closure with the Vendors.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Oversee PAN India daily Food Distribution, Processing of orders, Coordination with 300+stores and 30+kitchen.
- Responsible for Rate negotiation and food costing closure for new cities and Agreement renewal for existing cities.
- Responsible for timely Master updation.
- Responsible for streamlining the order generation process and reduction in manual approvals of food orders.
- Optimize cost while Route planning for food logistics.
- Responsible for Packaging material supply to the kitchens.
- Vendor coordination for Starbucks Specified products to the kitchen.

**External Competencies**:
**Summary of Experience & Education**:
2-3 years prior experience in Distribution planning, Network optimization and Stakeholder Management.
- Proficiency in SAP and Data Analytics. - Good Communication Skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build relationships
- Ability to work on projects across functions
