Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Collect, verify, and enter data into company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage necessary documentation, reports, and records.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with front office staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documentation.
- **Support Functions**: Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Customer Support**: Address and resolve customer queries received through back-office channels.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software.
