Customer Support Representative

**Position: Customer Support Executive (Female Only)**
**Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support with excellent English-speaking skills**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer support, focusing on maintaining high service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.
- Resolve customer problems efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Exceptional spoken English skills with clear articulation and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer support software and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
