**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Learning and Development**:

- Participate in on-the-job training programs to learn about sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights.
- Shadow experienced sales team members to observe sales processes, customer interactions, and best practices.
- Attend sales meetings, workshops, and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist senior sales team members in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach activities.
- Provide administrative support, including managing customer databases, preparing sales documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide basic information about products or services.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Assist in delivering sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Shadow senior team members during client meetings to observe customer interactions and sales processes.

**Sales Process Assistance**:

- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or objections.
- Learn about negotiation techniques, pricing strategies, and closing tactics under the guidance of senior team members.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support sales initiatives and achieve collective goals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to share updates, seek guidance, and contribute to team success.
- Seek feedback from senior team members and incorporate it into your performance and development.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or a related field is a plus but not required.
