Summary:
Painters are responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing surfaces in residential and commercial settings. They must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Use a variety of painting tools, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate safety gear.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.

Qualification
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders.
- Knowledge of different types of paint, stain, and varnish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
