Cabincrew Trainer

We, Aimfill International Aviation Academy is the biggest aviation academy in India having hundreds of aspirants that are ready to inspire and aspire. As a Cabin Crew Instructor, you will teach trainees all the matters regarding the operations in aircraft cabins. You will teach, the operation carried out in the aircraft, the pre and post flight checks, the safety procedures, the service equipment, client service procedures and formalities.

**Responsibilities**:

- To make students understand the duties of their assigned position during flight and make them act their best
- to teach students on how to ensure the satisfaction of passengers by answering questions and offering them assistance
- Training them on how to check cabin before take-off to ensure compliance to safety regulations
- Training students on how to welcome travelers on board and help them to their seats when necessary
- Train them on how to serve food and beverages and sell products
- Making them give the “safety” presentation in a well-prepared manner
- Monitor the cabin frequently for the entire duration of the flight
- Adhere to established regulations and procedures
- Teaching them on how to remain calm and offer assistance to passengers in the event of an emergency
- Give particular attention to passengers with special needs (children, disabled, elders etc)
- Give training on prepare accurate reports concerning any significant issues or happenings Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as Cabin Crew or related customer service experience
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage
- Basic skills in MS Office
- Customer-oriented approach
- Clean, professional appearance and healthy constitution
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Cool tempered and patient with aptitude in resolving issues
- Cabin crew certification or training (atleast 1+ experience)

Ability to commute/relocate: - Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
