IT Administrator

**Job Summary**:The IT Administrator at Pearl Organisation is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This role ensures the smooth operation of all IT-related functions, provides technical support to employees, and implements security measures to protect the organization's data and systems

**Responsibilities**:
**Network Management**:Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime.
Implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
**Server Administration**:Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
Monitor server performance and address any issues promptly.
**User Support**:Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
Assist with software installation, updates, and upgrades.
Train employees on IT policies and best practices.
**Security Management**:Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Regularly update and patch software and operating systems to protect against vulnerabilities.
Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
**Hardware and Software Management**:Manage hardware inventory and procurement.
Ensure proper licensing compliance.
**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
Create and update IT documentation for employees.
**Collaboration**:Work with other IT team members and departments to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
