- Field Supervisor-_
- Coordination with customer and internal team (sub-con and company employee)
- Attending/scheduling meeting with clients. kick-off meetings.
- Planning and vendor deployment at job site.
- Participant in internal reviews, Safety and Quality meetings.
- Forecasts and action plans to meet business objective.
- Timely material scheduling and installation starts.
- Stage inspection and necessary documentations maintain at job site.
- Developing and planning sub-con team.
- Achieve Installation, Safety & Quality KPI as per company's requirement.
