Receptionist

* Serves customers/visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Membership Sales and Promotions: Depending on the gym's policies, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling memberships. This involves engaging with potential clients, explaining the benefits of the gym
- Answering Inquiries and Providing Information: You will handle inquiries from members and potential clients regarding gym facilities, services, classes, schedules, and membership-related questions. It is important to provide accurate information, explain gym policies and procedures, and promote the benefits of gym membership.
- Promoting a Positive Environment: As a gym receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This includes fostering a friendly and supportive environment for members, promoting gym etiquette, and encouraging a sense of community among members.
- Focus on business growth by taking regular feedbacks from existing customers, following up with discontinued customers and potential customers after their inquiry.
- Assisting with Facility Management: You may be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and common areas. This includes ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, reporting any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions, and coordinating with the appropriate staff or maintenance personnel for repairs.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
