**Role overview**:
**What will you do?**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, image, and video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations within the community.
- Utilize basic Canva editing skills to create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts.
- Monitor social media analytics and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and design to develop integrated campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Foster a positive and engaging online community by interacting with followers and influencers, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the company's online reputation across social media platforms.

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms, along with a strong understanding of social media best practices.
- Basic Canva editing skills for creating visual content.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
