- Expertise writing Test Cases in Servicenow test management.
- Expertise in Test automation through ATF, Tosco and knowledge on performance testing using Jmeter.
- Analyzing business scenarios & Understanding the non-functional requirements
- Designing the test scripts & Identifying parameter for testing
- Executing performance tests using consistent metrics for monitoring
- Document detailed results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detailed status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues.

**Where you'll be working**
- In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Test Management 2.0
- Experience in managing automation test projects in large global enterprise ServiceNow instances which includes releases in Tokyo or Utah or later.
- Experience in testing of two or more of the following modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Major Incident Management, Major Problem, Asset/CMDB, GRC, ITOM.

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- ServiceNow Certifications.
- Experience solving business problems by engineering existing and new algorithms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

**Where you’ll be working**: In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
