**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential clients within the eye care industry, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, opticians and other eye care clinics.

2. Consultative Selling:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing the features and benefits of ASIRA
- Understand the specific requirements and challenges faced by eye care professionals and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust as a reliable advisor and solution provider.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

4. Sales Management:

- Track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

5. Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to EMR and Practice Management software for eye care professionals.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market research and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Driving sales growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients within the eye care industry in India.
- Promoting ASIRA
- Understanding the unique needs of eye care professionals
- Effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
