**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Recording and Reporting**:Record day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and customer invoices.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Reconcile bank statements, addressing discrepancies promptly.
Monitor and manage cash flow for efficient financial operations.

**Tax Compliance**:Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:Collaborate with management in developing and monitoring budgets.
Contribute to financial forecasting and planning activities.

**Audit Support**:Prepare documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
Address auditor inquiries, ensuring timely completion of audit processes.

**General Ledger Maintenance**:Maintain and update the general ledger, performing regular reconciliations.
Resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.

**Financial Analysis**:Conduct financial analysis, providing insights for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Immediate Joiners will be preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
