We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing customers and potential clients
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update customer information in the customer service database
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Follow up with customers after sales or services rendered

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful sales and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Telecaller is preferred
