Name Of the Profile: Factory Admin and Process Coordinator

Educational Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years

**Job Type**: Full time - 8 am - 8 pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Monday off

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Job Location: Plot 135, New GIDC, 52 Hector, Umbergaon, Gujarat - 396171

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain staff/labour attendance record from biometric system software and send regular updates daily to HR at head office
- Prepare syrup and cooker reports daily and send to MIS department at Head Office
- Calling and following up with stakeholders for placing orders, taking rates and quotations, for delivery and dispatch details, for any grievances, quality related issues, etc.
- Getting work and tasks completed as per MIS system
- Streamline processes to ensure smooth functioning at factory and coordination with Head office
- Check for any requirements in the factory
- Place orders for any requirements at factory with approval from Director - Purchase Experience
- Give timely updates to seniors and management regarding daily functioning of factory
- Updating correct stock data and other details in the data sheets that needs to be submitted to head office
- Collect bills, important documents and courier to head office twice every week
- Maintain voucher book for any expenses and send all vouchers along with properly attached bills and receipts to head office
- Maintain records for all courier inward and outward and fill up data in company system
- Make sure all processes are functioning smoothly
- Maintain documents of labour and staff at factory as instructed
- Finish tasks assigned by seniors, management.
- Coordinate with all the departments in factory efficiently

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
