Job Title: Field Sales Executive (IT Sector)

Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive in the IT sector, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be tasked with understanding client needs, presenting appropriate IT solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of potential clients in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Hardware products, services, and solutions to effectively articulate their value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations that address the specific requirements of each client.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement professionals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.
- Field visits to client locations. Gain insights into client needs and preferences to enhance our offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales manager or leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT sector, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including software, hardware, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings and events as required.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
