**Job Summary**:
This role offers a unique Internship-to-Full-time opportunity within our Business Development wing, based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as banks, BFSIs, startups, FPOs, NGOs, government agencies, and corporates, to support the growth and scaling of our technical solutions.
- Stay informed about market dynamics, adapting product offerings based on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic sustainability initiatives across the organization.
- Assist in establishing best practices for analytics and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics, such as appointments set, qualified leads worked, and deals closed.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate critical decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in new business development and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and account management skills.
- A keen interest in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to prepare and present proposals and sales reports.
- Experience or interest in the Agri-tech/BFSI industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
