**Responsibilities**:*

**1. *Podcast Recording**:*
- Operate cameras and related equipment to capture engaging and high-quality video content during podcast recording sessions.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio setup to enhance the overall visual and auditory experience of the podcast.

**2. *Technical Proficiency**:*
- Demonstrate expertise in operating a range of cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video recording technology.

**3. *Collaboration**:*
- Work closely with podcast hosts, producers, and other team members to understand creative requirements and deliver on the overall vision of the podcast.

**4. *Post-Production Support**:*
- Collaborate with the post-production team to transfer and organize raw footage for editing.
- Provide input on editing decisions based on knowledge of the recorded content.

**5. *Equipment Maintenance**:*
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and organization of all camera and recording equipment.

**6. *Problem Solving**:*
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during recording sessions to minimize disruptions.

**7. *Adaptability**:*
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications**:*
- Proven experience as a Cameraman or similar role in video production.
- Proficiency with various camera models, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Strong understanding of composition, framing, and storytelling through visual elements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
