**Hospital Reception Management**

Receiving phone, Giving appointments, MJPJAY patient Registration, - ESIC patient Registration, - New patient Registration and Explain the scheme and charges. Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties, answering patients' questions, and maintaining the reception area. Serves patients by greeting and helping them. Welcomes patients and visitors in person and answering their questions. Optimizes patients' satisfaction by guiding them to the right place. Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Payment tracking and reconciliation, Critical Medical supply handling and management, Help Consulting Doctor for printing and filing.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
