We’re seeking a seasoned and dynamic System Administrator poised to elevate and refine their technological expertise globally. As a pivotal team member, you’ll safeguard our critical information, systems, and assets. Your role will involve crafting innovative solutions, orchestrating the implementation of cutting-edge software and hardware, conducting training, and playing a pivotal role in shaping our comprehensive IT strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle mission-critical IT tasks and systems that provide a competitive edge in the global marketplace.
- Contribute to streamlining and optimizing business processes and implement analytics for insightful outcomes.
- Cultivate a reliable IT infrastructure and networking environment that is consistently operational.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status, activities, and accomplishments.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Perform administration tasks, encompassing user/group administration, security permissions, print services, and event log monitoring, ensuring seamless integration of system architecture components.
- Maintain the health of servers using existing management tools, promptly addressing hardware issues and assisting in the setup, testing, and maintenance of new servers as required.
- Manage internal infrastructure, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates. Support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Collaborate closely with the help desk and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide technical assistance.
- Conduct regular and scheduled audits of systems, including all backup processes.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.
- Proven work experience in System Administration with proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Firewall management.
- Proficiency in setting up Servers and Cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge and experience in Asset tracking and maintenance of all Asset data.
