Meet our team You will be developing PayPal’s Risk strategy within the Digital Identity and Authentication (DIA) team. This team is responsible for: 1. Understanding the people behind our accounts 2. Connecting real world assets to these identities to develop trust and 3. Using both sets of data to limit fraud scalability and enable good payment volume.

**Your day to day**

In your day to day role you will,
- Own the production, development, and maintenance of all aspects of BI solutions - ETL, Data Quality, Visualization, Documentation, and Support
- Hands-on professional who can perform deep-dive analyses on key business trends from different perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents.
- Design and build BI dashboards in short timeframes via rapid prototyping and agile development.
- Perform rigorous data analysis to proactively identify any inconsistencies or data quality issues. Provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop a strong understanding of different data sources, and strategically implement data flow for robustness and scalability.
- Demonstrate ability to translate business questions into structured analysis and data analytics into business insights.
- Work to improve the day-to-day activities of the analytics team with technology and automation.
- A strong articulate communicator with business acumen who can work efficiently and effectively with key stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to define and produce business metrics and insights within a given time frame.
- A persistent person who has the willingness to spend time in an area and become an SME in that domain.

**What do you need to bring-**
- 2~4 years of experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Business Intelligence Solutions (analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions).
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing ETL of data from multiple sources using Advanced SQL, BQ, and Jupyter Notebooks
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Tableau / Looker
- Strong critical thinking skills: ability to devise innovative solutions.
- Experience in Model Automation tools like UC4 is desired.
- Strong analytical skills including experience, familiarity, and ease with analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and different teams to deliver BI solutions efficiently.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to function well independently as well as in a team.
- Follow Agile Methodology.
- Experience in documentation in Confluence & SharePoint
