**Job Title**: General Manager (GM) Sales - Manufacturing & New Business Development
**Experience Required**: 11 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
- Analyze sales data and present forecasts to management.
- **New Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with executives on long-term strategies.
- Align sales approach with market conditions and business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within the sector.
- **Team Development**:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Implement CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships.
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Streamline sales processes for efficiency.
- Manage the sales budget effectively.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 11 years in sales and business development in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
