**Job Roles and Responsinbilities**
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Inputting customer, financial, and other types of data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
- **Database Maintenance**:

- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of data.
- Regularly updating or deleting outdated data.

- **Administrative Support**:

- Communicating with team members and management to address data inconsistencies or problems.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Supporting other departments with data-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator, office clerk, or similar role.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- **Skills**:

- Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and office equipment.

**Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
