We are seeking a skilled Tally ERP Administrator to manage and optimize our Tally ERP system within our steel manufacturing operations. The Tally ERP Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and daily administration of Tally ERP to ensure seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Tally ERP software to support the unique needs of our steel manufacturing processes.
- Customize Tally ERP modules and functionalities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, procurement, production planning, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement Tally ERP best practices and standards to ensure data integrity and streamline business processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Tally ERP users across different departments.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to integrate Tally ERP with other systems and databases, such as CRM and HRIS.
- Generate custom reports and dashboards from Tally ERP to support management decision-making and operational analysis.
- Train end-users on Tally ERP functionality, new features, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement upgrades and patches as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial and operational reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years as a Tally ERP Administrator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in steel or heavy industries.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Tally ERP to meet industry-specific requirements.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, and financial processes within a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate meaningful insights using Tally ERP reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Additional Skills**:

- Knowledge of other ERP systems and integration processes (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Experience with database management and SQL queries.
- Project management skills for overseeing Tally ERP implementations and system upgrades.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position is based at our manufacturing plant in Alampur (Jangalpur), Howrah.
- Regular working hours with occasional overtime may be required.
- Accommodation in the plant is also provided incase one would not like to commute daily.
- Travel may be required occasionally for training or system integration purposes.
