Key Responsibilities:

- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, sellers, and properties that align with clients' needs.
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers, emphasizing unique selling points, features, and benefits.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments and property tours to match clients with suitable properties.
- Provide guidance and advice on property pricing, financing options, legal requirements, and market trends.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the buying or selling process, keeping them informed about progress and next steps.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and prepare reports on sales activity, property listings, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team regarding pricing, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, neighborhoods, and pricing trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM softwares
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
